It is a delectable and terrific dish. There are plenty of baby squids on top of bean sprout. It is fried with onion and green onion, it is therefore a dish full of village flavour. Texture of squid is bouncy and crunchy.

Fried Baby Squid (醬爆鮮魷) is too enticing in colour.

Fried Crab w/ Ginger & Green Onion (薑蔥炒蟹)

The taste is good and there is definitely a nice taste of fresh crab. Meat texture is not firm enough, we have to change to another type of crab next time, if chance arises. Or, simply there is no need to order crab any more.

Steamed "Salted" Fish is a low-priced dish, but the fish texture and taste are good.

Fried Choy Sum w/ Ginger Sauce. It is now to time to eat Choy Sum.

Each piece of plain rice is in good condition.

We are delighted to dine in Pak Kee again. The dai pai dong is crowded, this is the local dining atmosphere in Hong Kong. We order crab, fish and cuttlefish. We would like to have a seafood meal tonight. As time goes by, we do not want to eat too much live seafood, as we do not want to kill too many animals because of our desire. This does not mean that we will be herbivorous, there is still a long way to go. Maybe, on the day before I die, I suddenly become a herbivore.
