
Fried Crab w/ Ginger & Onion
The crab is definitely fresh and rich in roe. The taste is well-balanced, seasonings have not covered the natural oceanic freshness of crab. We have not tried such quality crab for a long time, for reasons of either it is too salty or the meat is loose.

Orange colour of Steamed Prawns is not too alluring. It should be darker orange colour. It seems to be those chilled prawns. But the naturally bouncy meat tells us that it is fresh, that is all. Chili soy sauce is included.

Clams in Soup is boiled with celery and bean vermicelli. This is also a very flavorful method of cooking clam, the freshness of clam can be highlighted to the fullest extent. Please do not miss the tasty soup.

Fried Egg w/ Cha Siu & Chinese Chives is mouth-watering and generous in portion. Please note that it is like a small hill.

Steamed Yellow Croaker w/ Brown Bean Paste is the best method to enhance the fish flavour. Fish meat is tender and sweet. It is a dish we have ordered many times before in different eateries.

We have not dined here for a long time, mainly because we are not satisfied with its dish quality before. We would like to give it one more chance this time, and we also want to try in an eatery we have not frequently patronized.
We order six dishes, four of which are seafood. We are a bit surprised that all dishes we eat today are very delicious. We can attribute this result to their improved cooking skill and our luck. We therefore are very delighted as each dish is itself a surprise to us. Fresh food materials, right cooking time and right amount of seasonings are the keys to our satisfaction.
