We have tried in Le Mieux (LM) before. When we visit LM today, it is strange that there are totally 2 tables of diners (including ours). We query whether it can break even, not to mention to make profit. It is located in an industrial building in an industrial area. Interior decoration is not cozy; there is an open kitchen. It is also strange that there 4 chefs inside the kitchen. As far as we know, this Chaiwan kitchen may be used as a teaching room or a laboratory to test the response of diners towards those newly created dishes.
There are only 2 options in the lunchtime, namely chicken and fish. We order 2 sets with fish. The bill is $320 (average per head $160). Service is very good. The manager will not disturb our chat and will re-fill water (bottled mineral water from Italy) regularly and automatically. Bread and pumpkin soup are very outstanding. For the main dish, it is not bad but a bit below our expectation. With such food quality and variety, $160 per head in lunchtime is acceptable. Even so, we guess we would not come to try again in near future. Location is also a factor to consider.
