Chowder Fish Soup is alright in all aspects.
Angel hair w/ Prawn in Spicy Sauce
It is not small in portion, there are totally six prawns. Pasta texture can be more al dente. We prefer the sauce to be thicker. Prawn is not fresh though it looks like a fresh one. Anyway, its texture is quite good. It is more bouncy than the fresh one.
Penne w/ Salmon & Chicken Steak
There is only a small piece of salmon. But this piece of salmon is nearly cooked to perfection, it is a very tasty one. This implies that the chef knows the food materials well.
Penne is al dente in texture, which should have been cooked with the minimum amount of seasonings. The sauce is the soul of this plate of penne. The overall taste has been enhanced by this tasty brown sauce.
Jelly
It is an old restaurant with western interior and style. We like it very much. For the customers, nearly all ages can be founded in Deluxe Restaurant. It should be a family restaurant for the citizens in Fanling.

We have dinner in Deluxe Restaurant again. It is in fact a restaurant serving local western food but in a western interior. Local western food does not mean that it must not be delicious. If not, the restaurant will not be full at night, lunchtime and tea time.
We are confident that Deluxe can prepare delicious and flavourful dishes for us. This is no exception this time. We will continue to dine here, if time allows.
