At dinner time, we visit Tin Hung. It is of course crowded as usual. Since we have two persons only, it takes only about ten minutes before two seats are available to us.
We cannot order too much, we order roast goose, vegetable, rice and vermicelli. We are pleased to have eaten more than 25% of a roast goose tonight. The taste is still very outstanding. It is the result of professional cooking skill. Food material, i.e. the goose, is very fresh. If not, a dead goose is not possible to become a delicious roast goose. In this connection, you are recommended to queue up at night.
