Roll Cake ($78) is one of the signature and top-selling items, assorted cake is $16 each. A whole piece of roll cake can be cut into six smaller pieces. But it is suggested to buy such piece to share.
The surface area is relatively large. Original size is a bit smaller.
It is spongy, fluffy and rich in nice flavour of egg. There is not too much cream in the middle. In my opinion, one piece of one inch thickness is not sufficient. You must give way to the temptation and eat one more piece, and be guilty thereafter. Sorry for the 'skillful' cutting.
The cake shop can be found under the small letter 'b' in the photo. Its signage is brown in colour.

Ceres is a pioneer modern bakery in Kowloon City. It is a species that does not match with Kowloon City, in view of shop interior and exterior, and its product assortment and taste. We have tried its bread before, giving me an impression that it is much more expensive than that in other bakeries or chained cake shops. But the quality is also much higher.
We are lucky that one whole piece of Roll Cake is available. We of course would buy without hesitation. It goes without saying that roll cake is of very high quality, deserving to be charged at seventy eighty dollars and the signature item in the shop.
