Drink of Centella Asiatica 崩大碗 (Centella Asiatica is commonly used in cuisine of Southeast Asian countries, like Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia and Sri Lanka) is slightly sweet. It is a good drink in Summer. It is not suggested to drink for those who are weak.
Soybean Milk (sugar free) is not concentrated in flavour and texture. To compare with Japanese soybean milk in Hakataya, this is not palatable and delectable. If you are demanding on food, you are not suggested to buy.
This is a traditional tofu shop in Hong Kong. Imho, it is quite hygenic and there is no unpleasant smell. It is also not dirty and wet on the table and the floor.
Apart from this Pan-fried Stuffed Tofu, there are also stuffed green pepper, egg plant and ... . It is crisp on the surface, fishmeat paste is not rich in corn starch. I like such naturally bouncy and chewy texture. Soy sauce is delicious. Tofu is relatively rich in soy bean flavour and is slightly tough. This pan-fried tofu should be ordered again in next visit.
Foods in the above three photos are ordered in the second visit. We have to eat less before the visit, and order two plates of deep-fried stuffs.

From the appearance of this signage (without lighting), I now understand that the shop should have a history of about fifty years. In the past, I really do not have any idea.

We have not planned to visit this tofu shop, but come across by accident. To be a traditional tofu shop with dine-in service, we find no reason not to have a try. Though we are not hungry, it is still needed to spare some space in the stomach. Pan-fried stuffed tofu, the green drink and soybean milk are ordered.
For Chinese soybean milk, we do not have much expectation in mind. It is not rich in bean flavour and not concentrated enough. But the pan-fried stuffed tofu is of high quality. Next time we would therefore concentrate on trying all pan-fried stuffs.
