Each soup is served in such Chinese ceramic container. It is nearly 90% full.
We order two soups of different ingredients.
After boiling for several hours, all ingredients, like pork, herbs and ginseng, change colour and shape.
The second one is Soup of American Ginseng & Fish Maw, colour of both soups is quite similar. Portion of soup is about 600ml, this means there are at least two bowls of soup. The soups are anyway good for lung, spleen and stomach. It should be better than eating desserts.
Ginseng, chicken meat and wolfberry can still be identified.
It is also a Chinese Herbal Clinic.

To patronize Luk Po Hin, the only reason is to drink Chinese soup. We visit again tonight after dinner. Different soups are available. We order two soups, just for the purpose of absorbing more nutrients. It goes without saying all soups have been boiled for several hours, this is evidenced by soup colour and texture. If you are more demanding, you may consult the Chinese herbalist and ask which soup is suitable to you.
We are pleased that we have not patronized Luk Po Hin for several years, it does exist in Kowloon City in 2012. The store decoration is still the same as several years before. If you dine in Kowloon City, you may have an option of drinking Chinese soup, apart from eating desserts.
