All items in "Beef Sausage & Pork Chop with Salad $55" are up to a standard. We have no complaint about the food taste.
Food display is good.
Duck breast in "Spinach Tegliatelle with Smoke Duck Breast 煙鴨胸菠菜麵 $55" in fact is quite delicious. Vegetables are boiled in soup only and not oily.
Fresh chicken is used in "Hainan Chicken Rice Set $48". Chicken taste and rice are of average quality. Since this item is not commonly ordered by diners, chicken meat colour and appearance is not very attractive. This item can be omitted in next trial in Elmgancy. It is better to try other western items.

To be a before Concert dinner, we really do not know which restaurant in Metropolis Mall is better. We intentionally arrive earlier than usual in order not to be the second round diners. Elmgancy Café is quite good in appearance, inner layout is passed too. Food price range at first glance is acceptable.
We order 3 dinner sets, including “Beef Sausage & Pork Chop with Salad $55”, “Spinach Tegliatelle with Smoke Duck Breast 煙鴨胸菠菜麵 $55” and “Hainan Chicken Rice Set $48”. The bill is $174 (average per head is $58). But we forget to ask for 10% discount.
Service is average. Food portion, taste, freshness are all alright. We appreciate the restaurant at least has attempted to reduce the amount of oil in food cooking. But price is a bit more expensive than those in other restaurants in the same Mall.
