Wonton Noodle on Plate. There are about 8 pieces of wonton. To be frank, wonton is not big in size, but it is of high quality and good taste . This should be the main reason for its good business in Hung Hom. But the sauce is a little bit salty. Noodle texture is slightly al dente.
Noodle w/ Wonton & Beef Tendon. Beef tendon is soft enough and yummy.
It is very strange to find a noodle shop with dark surrounding.

It is strange to find a noodle shop with very dark surrounding. Though the vicinity is dark, there are still quite a lot of diners in the shop, enjoying the noodle. We are glad to have a try tonight. It is a typical noodle shop in Hung Hom. There is no need to expect good ambiance (environment and service) in Big Neon light. Most diners should come here for enjoyment of noodle mainly.
We order noodles on plate and in soup respectively. Pricing is not very expensive. But in view of its location in Hung Hom, it is surely not a too reasonable one. When the noodle is put into the mouth, we do not have a surprising feeling. Noodle texture is average only and is slightly al dente, but surely not in the soft category. Except that the noodle on plate is a bit salty, other aspects are in the right track. Overall speaking, noodle and wonton are not exceptionally outstanding. If you are in the vicinity, there is no harm to have a try.
