Ricesheet Springroll is a quality dim sum, soy sauce is served separately.
Roasted Porkis quite nice in outlook. It is crispy on the skin surface, but the meat is too tender, implying that the pork is frozen and not fresh.
Drunken Chicken is not tasty, the appearance is not pleasing. To be Chinese restaurant in a five star hotel, it fails totally.

We are lucky to have allotted a table with seaview. In our experience, this view should cost fifty percent of the bill. Though food quality drops a lot, with this view, we are still barely contented with the lunch meal.

Because of former patrons and good memory, we would like to visit again and to try its dim sum without msg. We have made reservation in advance and are very lucky to have allotted a table with sea view. We have not ordered any meal set but ordered a la carte dim sum.
Everything in Hoi Yat Heen remains unchanged, including decoration, service and pricing, except food quality which has dropped a lot to an extent that the head chef should have been changed. Because of adding no msg to food, it seems that all items have not been optimally seasoned. Dim sums are mostly tasteless or unsavory. We do not expect there is such big change or decrease in food quality. But we are still contented to have fantastic sea view during our whole meal. If not, it would be … .
