Wonton Noodle $15 is not expensive in view of its quality. Wonton is small in size but tasty, there are totally 5 pieces. Noodle texture is not ad dente enough (hope it is better in your next try). Soup is not too artificially tasty, but a trace of msg should have been added. Overall portion is not generous. For a man of good appetite, 2 bowls is needed (for lunch).
Boiled Dumplings (Shui Jiao) Noodle $15. Shiu Jiao is larger than wonton in size, there are 3 pieces totally. To us, Shui Jiao is as tasty as wonton.
Deep Fried Fish Skin is very crispy.
Ping Kee Noodles is a food stall of long history.

Ping Kee Noodles (PKN) is reported to be a Dai Pai Dong of traditional Guangdong wonton noodle. It is located in a very crowded cooked food center in Tai Po . We are lucky and in an effortless attempt, seats are allotted to us. We immediately order 2 bowls of noodle and a snack; the bill is $40 (average per head $20).
We appreciate PKN still maintains the traditional method of preparing wonton noodle, serving wonton in its own style and small size (I really do not like some noodle stalls serving wonton in a very big size and with several pieces of small-sized artificially bouncy shrimp). Noodle texture is not al dente enough (hope it is better in your next try). Soup is not too artificially tasty, but a trace of msg should have been added. To try only its wonton or shui jiao is suggested in your next visit.
