This should be a signature dish (Pork Chop w/ Salad Sauce) of Siu Choi Wong, since it is ordered nearly by each table. I do not like the presentation, particularly the white salad sauce and the melamine light blue coloured plate. I do not know the reason why salad sauce cannot be put at one side instead of such spider web shape. I do not think such presentation is appetizing, imho. It is quite puzzling. Basically the colour of sauce on pork chop is nice and enticing.
Texture of pork chop is not dry and too tough, taste is good. In the very beginning, we guess meat tenderizer must have been added. But we finally find that this is not true. Such cooking manner is much better than Fried Pork Chop w/ Spicy Salt. In your upcoming visit, if any, you are suggested to order this pork dish.
Vegetable in Soup is cooked with some minced pork, garlic and egg white.
Fried Rice w/ Grilled Eel is in generous portion. It is not oily. If the rice can be a bit drier, it would be fantastic. It is fried with mushroom, egg white and shrimp. Shrimp is too articifically bouncy and not fresh, its colour is awful. The overall rating would be higher if there is no monster shrimp in the rice.

I always do not have positive impression towards some kinds of eatery. I do not like mass production. In other words, if an eatery is too large in size, I would have hesitation to pay visit. Siu Choi Wong is a Dai Pai Dong of very large size, occupying several street numbers in the same street. Tonight we would like to have something difference, i.e. to dine in Siu Choi Wong.
We order three dishes and a bottle of beer. Average spending is one hundred and twenty. Dishes and overall standard are higher than that in our speculation. This is a big step forward in my impression towards such eateries.
