'Cha Siu and Tofu Steak' is served with today soup, pickles, hot water, rice and vegetable. We select Cha Siu sauce (the reddish brown sauce on the bottom of the above picture).
'Braised Beancurd Puffs & Black Fungi' is unexpectedly delectable. It is healthy and is a good try.
Rice with vegetables
Included in the Today Soup are corn, peanut, pumpkin, and others. It is a tasty and very nutritive soup.
'Green Tea Red Bean Cake' is not very tasty. Without butter, it is very difficult to bake tasty cake.

2) All foods are cooked with no egg, milk, garlic, onion, preservative and refined white sugar; and most important is that no msg has been added.
3) A veggie fast food restaurant
In Kowloon Bay, besides those chained western fast food shops and chained Chinese restaurants, it seems that there are not too many restaurants with character. Buddha Hut should be the one with character and quality.
Every time, we would like to have a difference in the meat set selection. In our experience, the menu would only have slight change gradually. Apart from ordering tofu steak rice set, we try to order a set which is not available in our last visit, as far as I remember.
Even though the 'braised beancurd puff and black fungi' is not a very special dish in terms of food materials, it is in fact a very tasty one. It is nutritive and delicious. We should visit again and try others which we have not tried before.
