The bone can also be eaten, it is not hard but only cripsy. It is a good companion of beer.
The sauce (sweet, sour and spicy) is very refreshing. The sauce and meat are perfect match. Though the meat has been deep fried, it is not oily incredibly.

The rice is not spicy to us. It is tasty and not oily. But it can be better.

There are several eateries in Electric Road Municipal Services Building . The cuisines served include local Guangdong , Indian and Thai. From the settings, this Thai Som Tum (ST) is nicely decorated and in a neat & tidy look.
In ST, it is quite easy to order as photos of signature dishes are all posted on the wall. What you need to do is to select the food materials you prefer. We order fish, vegetable and rice; the bill is $140 only (average per head $70). We are deeply impressed by their attitude of food cooking. ‘Crispy fish in 3 sauces’ is particularly tasty and displayed in an attractive manner. If it is ordered in other Thai restaurant, it should be charged at $130 (but not $68), I guess. Vegetable and rice are tasty as well, and are cooked with minimum amount of oil. You are suggested to have a try.
