This should be 'baby shark'. It does not have small bone. It is steamed with preserved bean sauce. This is the best method to savour the natural flavour of fish.


Tile fish (馬頭魚) is simply steamed with ginger. Salt has been added before it is steamed. Therefore there is no need to add soy sauce and salt again.


Papaya and chicken feet soup.


It is a traditional local eatery.

Hoi Kwong Restaurant is an old eatery in Apleichau and we have dined here before. Today, we would like to eat fish again at lunchtime, we select Hoi Kong. There are several fish options in lunchtime. Most diners would order these fish sets. It serves with today soup. It is chicken feet and papaya soup. No msg has been added. It is a natural and healthy meal set.
