Bacan is not too dried and salty. Bacan is a companion of tomato. Some shredded lettuce is placed next to the sandwich. The sandwich is very delicious and the toast has been freshly baked.
Baked Rice w/ Chop Chop
Not too much cheese has been added, if any. The overall taste is well-balanced. No meat tenderizer has been added to pork chop. There is one large piece of pork chop. Plain rice has been fried with egg and is for sure not oily. It is a quality baked pork chop rice.

I am so sorry, we are late to visit Deluxe Restaurant in Fanling. We really do not know it is such a restaurant of high quality, in terms of food and decoration. It is an old restaurant which should have more than 30 years history in Fanling, I guess. Food, service and deco are all up to our satisfaction. We definitely visit again soonest.
