Fried Rice w/ Preserved Vegetable & Minced Pork (梅菜肉碎炒飯)
Fried
rice should be one of the signature items in Full Moon Restaurant. We
did have tried different types of fried rice before, all were fried with
flying colour.
Chicken
is steamed with red date, shallot, and preserved vegetable. It is not a
very salty dish, the natural flavour of all food materials can be
enhanced. chicken is of course a chilled one.
Steamed Chicken on a brass plate (銅盤蒸雞)
Sweet corn can also be found in the rice. It is of course not oily.
Steamed
Dumping Chao Zhou Style (潮州粉果) is served with no oil on the surface and
on the bottom papar. This is the only result of running the restaurant
in a conscientious manner. This is the reason for our repeated
patronage.

In
San Po Kong, there are really not many choices of restaurant, or we are
not too accustomed to this district. We finally decide to dine in Full
Moon again. We prefer to dine here, apart from its stable food level at
reasonable price, its service level has never overdone, we can dine here
leisurely. There is no need to give us a too ‘welcome’ smile and
service, this must give us an uncomfortable feeling. This is the reason
why we select to dine in Full Moon again and again.
This
is a meal with steamed chicken, fried rice, dim sum and vegetable. All
these are not made from food materials of high value. They are anyway
cooked with care and heart. Steamed chicken is delicious but it is
frozen chicken, it is not possible to result in overall high standard.
But for the average spending at such price, we really do not want to
criticize more.
