Steamed
Eggplant w/ Dried Shrimp in Soya Sauce (蝦幹蒸茄子) is the last dish to
serve, it does not mean that it is not bad. We actually like it as well.
Sauce, taste and freshness of dried shrimp, and texture of eggplant are
of quality that we appreciate. There are many dried shrimps on the top.
Fried
Giant Grouper Head Pieces (煎焗龍躉頭腩) does not have plenty of sauce. It is
as usual a delectable fish dish. Several pieces are not fully cooked.
If not, this meal will be rated 4/5.
Fried Fish Head (煎焗魚咀)It
is not oily too, this is the prerequisite for most dishes, imho. There
are totally four pieces. It is a flavorful Shunde dish. This time it is a
bit not so impeccable. In fact, it is still above average.
Fried Spareribs in Special Sauce (鎮江燒骨)It
is very very appreciated that no meat tenderizer has been added. The
meat taste and texture is natural. Marinated spareribs is deep fried and
then mixed with sauce and Zhenjiang vinegar. It is a delicious and
flavorful dish.
Fried Egg w/ Bitter Gourd & Minced Pork (苦瓜肉碎煎蛋) is a home-feel dish. It is not oily at all.
Steamed
Choi Sum (Vegetable) w/ Preserved Vegetable (梅菜蒸菜心) is also a dish we
like, mainly because the overall taste is good, preserved vegetable is
not too sweet or salty. The taste is in fact well-balanced. Shredded
ginger is added to preserved vegetable. FYI, the best time to eat Choi
Sum is in winter.
Green Bean Sweet Soup (綠豆沙) is free.

Basically
food quality in Full Moon can still be kept in these two years. It
should be one of the crowded eateries in San Po Kong. For the meal
tonight, most dishes are delicious and flavorful, except the fried giant
grouper which is not fully cooked for some pieces. We are pleased to
have a nice and delectable meal, particularly two dishes of vegetable.
We of course would continue to give support to Full Moon.
