Totu & Fish Meat' is unexpectedly tasty. It is mainly because of
the sophisticated cooking skill (and msg). The surface is fried to
crispy and sauce is delicious.

of Tofu & Vegetable. Minimum amount of msg is added, if any.
Sometimes it is not easy to distinguish whether msg has been added.
Steamed Shrimps w/ Garlic Paste
'Pork
Knuckle in Black Pepper Sauce' is one of the signature dishes and
deserves to be so. There is no extra fat in the knuckle. It must be
shared by more diners.
'Fried
Rice w/ Preserved Sausage and Pork' is a must to order. A lot of spring
onion is added finally, this is why the spring onion is still vividly
green in colour. At least four diners can finish this big claypot of
rice.

We
decide to dine in Great China again, though the location of this
restaurant is not too convenient. In fact, location is not the main
concern for our selection of restaurant. It is the food quality that is
the crucial factor.
To
the rear of the restaurant, a table is arranged to us. If it is not led
by the server, it is not possible to find the way. We have ordered
eight dishes, including steamed shrimps, claypot rice, vegetables, cold
abalone, tofu and soup. All the dishes are of very high quality or in
other words all dishes can still be maintained at high quality. We do
not have any disappointment. We are very satisfied with the food taste
and portion. On the other hand and for your information, you should not
have much expectation on service and dining environment.
