Pan-fried Stuffed TofuThe chili sauce can definitely enhance the flavour.
A
dish of four pieces is served on a plastic plate. There is no surplus
oil on the surface. Some people said the layer of fish meat is a bit
thin. Imho, the thickness is already ok. Please note the tofu on the
bottom has not be fried, it is fully cooked beforehand. This snack can
for sure enrich the quality of an afternoon.
Soy bean milk and Tofu puddingAfter
from the items in the above photos, there are no other snacks and
drinks. Customers therefore order either stuffed tofu with soy bean milk
or tofu pudding. This afternoon tea is of course healthier than all
other stuffs in fast food chains.
At
the back and adjacent to the shop, it is the tofu manufacturing
factory. In this connection, tofu and related items are all fresh and
freshly made.
There are other tofu derivatives.
It is not expected the shop is very very busy and crowded in late afternoon.

This
is a traditional tofu factory in a residential area in Kowloon. This
tofu shop is not easily noticed by citizens of other districts. It is a
shop of tofu products, it is also a factory at the back of the shop.
In
the evening, we rush to try its tofu, for fear that no more products
and drinks are available. The shop is still crowded, this is not
expected by us. Besides, most of the servers are those people of age
above sixty. I do not know whether the shop will not be able to continue
if they all retire. Anyway, what we should do now is to enjoy soy bean
milk and fried stuffed tofu.
