Manly Court is an old building at No. 195 Prince Edward Road West, opposite to Embarkment Road (基堤道). It has been bought by Sun Hung Kei Properties Ltd at HK$140M in 2007. It was built in 1959, it is 56 years old in 2015. When it was bought by Sun Hung Kei Properties Ltd in 2007, it was 48 years old.
It was a building of six storeys. In order to fit the construction site which is next to a hill, the building should be in triangular shape. It is therefore not symmetrical.
At the time of taking photo of Manly Court, entry to the building has been blocked.
In the internet, there are several constructions with the name 'Manly'. Manly Commercial Building (萬利商業大廈) is at 15 Soy Street, Manly House (文麗大樓) at 105-113 Apleichau Main Street, Manly Mansion (文麗苑) at 69B Robinson Road, and Manly Villa (文麗雙築) at 38 Ocean Park Road. Manly Mansion at Robinson Road has the same Chinese name with this Manly Court at Prince Edward Road West, it is '文麗苑'.

This is not the location map of Man Lai Court, which is in fact on the left of Harita Court. But Manly Court has been deleted in the map. The physical body of Man Lai Court has not yet been demolished in Early 2015.
