Peony House is located at Foo Wai Street (富貴街) in Taikoktsui. Constructed in July 1961, it is 54 years old in 2015. It is in fact a cluster of three blocks, namely East, North and West Blocks. Three blocks have different storeys and numbers of residential units. For East, North and West Blocks, they are of 13, 10 and 11 storeys, with total of 179, 131 and 291 units respectively. Totally, there are 601 units in Peony House.
This is the special circular design of West Block, to fully utilize every inch of the construction site. Each floor has its own set of windows .
Poeny House is mainly in cream colour.
This side of West Block is at Pok Man Street (博文街).
