Apleichau Wind Tower Park is located in Apleichau waterfront on the north shore of Hong Kong Island, on the West of Apleichau Waterfront Promenade and on the South of Aberdeen Typhoon Shelter. It covers an area of 2.62 hectares, at a cost of HK$100M. It opened on 28 September 2009.

The park boasts a Wind Tower in the shape of a traditional fishing boat. The tower has a novel electronic indicator that changes colour with wind force. The park also features an exhibition gallery on Hong Kong's traditional fishing and shipbuilding industries.
From this high point, you can gaze across both sides of the typhoon
shelter.
