Hop Shing is a provider of Chinese desserts in Kowloon City for a long time. It should have been doing business for more than thirty years. Its desserts are quite different from those desserts of updated version generally available in Hong Kong.
It has no big change in the design and setting. Only some lightings are installed.
This photo proves that it is an old eatery. Alignment of neon lights will not be in such a manner nowadays. After lunch and dinner, there must be a lot of dessert customers in the shop.
