Carnarvon Road is a road in the centre of Tsim Shat Tsui, Kowloon. It is in the shape of an uppercase "J", from Kimberley Road (金巴利道) to Nathan Road (彌敦道). Carnarvon Road is in the old district of Tsim Sha Tsui.
Quite a lot of the buildings are still of about twenty storeys only. There are not too many reflection glass curtain wall high-rise buildings. It is a mix of residential and commercial buildings of different shapes and colours.
Walking along the street, there is a mixture of different types of retail shops, ranging from eateries, stationery shops, studios and many others. This is the real and original Hong Kong. Maybe, most shops were purchased by respective shop owners long time ago, the retail shops therefore can survive in 2014. Carnarvon Road
