Ning Dairy we visit is in fact a very small place for tourists. Please
do not be minlead by the photos. There is a large piece of grassland in
the middle of this demonstration farm.
From here, you can realize the whole demonstration farm is in a narrow rectangular shape.
To climb up this steep route, it is the place to feed cow.
Several cows are found in this house.
Before she entertains visitors, she would stay indoors. There are several cows behind her. They are from Australia.
She is the ambassador to entertain all visitors, and always asks for food (grass).
She enjoys to be cared.

She is very friendly, children would not be afraid of her.

HK$5 for one piece of grass, but not for the whole bundle on the floor.
This is in fact near the main entrance. Besides milk, they also sell preserved salted tofu, honey and others.
Fresh milk in bottle is on sale, it is of the same packing as the one we see in the market.
This is complimentary fresh milk in small paper cup for visitors. It
is cold, fresh and of course yummy. I have drunk five cups when they do
not notice. I am so sorry I like fresh milk, particularly the fresh
milk of Hong Ning Dairy. But it is suggested not to drink too much milk,
for our health sake.

To
be city dwellers, it is nice to see and feed cows in a dairy. The dairy
is very small in size, there are not too many things to visit. Thirty
minutes must be sufficient to stroll around the whole dairy. Please be
reminded that enrance fee $20 per head is needed and milking
demonstration is not available under all circumstances. Whether it is
worthwhile is up to your own decision.
