No. 132-138 Kiu Kiang Street is a construction of four street numbers, four storeys and in the form of “E” shape.
It was erected in December 1953, it is now 61 years old in 2014. I guess the top floor should be an illegal construction.
It is located at the junction of Kiu Kiang Street and Fuk
Wa Street (福華街). For a construction of sixty one years, this cluster of
buildings should be short in height, but it is not built with arcade or
any special details.
Similar to other buildings in that period, a series of windows are facing the streets. In my observation, quite a lot of air-conditioners are found on each floor, there should be some subdivided flats (劏房). Though these street numbers are old constructions, they have not been graded as historic building.
