No. 1 First Street should be the oldest construction in Tai Wai Village.
The entrance gate is in the middle, in front of the main chamber. The whole premise is protected by wall.

It is nearly in the form of a square. But it is very different in appearance from other cement houses nearby, which are definitely much younger in age.

No. 1 First Street is not vacant now, we find that there are still tenants inside.
In front of the main construction, it is an open area for gathering and airing clothes. The main construction can be divided into three chambers of similar size, they should be the living room in the middle, others on both sides.

No. 1 First Street should be a two-storey construction of about 100 years old, I guess.

This address is proposed as Grade III Historic Building, but not yet listed.
