Choi Hung Building is an old building cluster between Choi Hung Road and Yan Oi Street (仁愛街) in San Po Kong, Kowloon. It is opposite to Lok Sin Tong Wong Chung Ming Secondary School (樂善堂王仲銘中學). It was completed in July 1964, it is 50 years old in 2014. It is a building of six storeys and totally there are 173 residential units. No firemen’s life is available.
It should be one of the shortest building in San Po Kong.
Similar to other building constructed in 1960s, Choi Hung Building was in the form of a regular rectangle, each residential unit has saleable area of 380 or 636 square feet. Viewing from the street, there should be no illegal construction on the rooftop. It should be one of the shortest buildings in San Po Kong. Because of the location at Choi Hung Road, it must be the target of many property developers.
Such clinic is very common in San Po Kong.
