Established since 1970, with a history of 44 years, Sammy's Kitchen and Sammy's Catering Service are long-established grill house. Uncle Sammy, the founder, has started cooking since he was 12 years old and had been worked in large hotels. With his extensive experience and his enthusiasm towards the arts of cooking, he created the unforgettable and unique Sammy's sauce to serve with the tasty and quality food to satisfy his customers.
It should be a local western restaurant of the first generation.
The restaurant is not large. But there are columns in the middle of the restaurant, resulting that it is difficult to plan a good layout.
Checkered table cloth is quite impressive. Though the restaurant is not large, it looks like a western one and does give me a nostalgic atmosphere.

Though Sammy's Kitchen is a restaurant with 44 years history in 2014. It is really not easy to run a restaurant with good service and food. In the past, it should have its glorious moment. But now, because of keen competition in Sai Wan in general, and the enthusiasm of restaurant runners in particular, service and food quality in Sammy's Kitchen is on the decrease.
