Infinitus Plaza is a 34-storey building, constructed in 1987, in Sheung Wan. It was formerly called Vicwood Plaza. In June 2003, Morgan Stanley purchased Vicwood Plaza (維德廣場) from Vicwood Group (維德集團) at HK$840 million. In March 2006, Macquarie purchased from Morgan Stanley at HK$2.6 billion. In July 2010, it was sold to Lee Kum Kee at HK$4.375 billion. This is why we can see the logo of Lee Kum Kee in the above photo. The name was changed to "Infinitus Plaza 無限極廣場" on 17 December 2010.
