Yes, Hong Kong has been an Equine City since 1844. The first horse-racing activity was held in December 1844. It was already 170 years ago.
This exhibition can be found in Happy Valley (跑馬地), between Sports Road (體育路) and Morrison Hill Road (摩利臣山道).
'Horses' are walking around leisurely.
