Yue Man Square (裕民坊) is the town centre of Kwun Tong, it is also the commercial centre in the area. The Government have planned to redevelop Yue Man Square. As of 2014, Yue Man Square is under demolition by the Urban Renewal Authority.
This cluster of old buildings is of eight storeys, at most. It is needed and it is time for the demolition. These buildings should be built at about fifty years before. This cream building at the corner is at 2 - 12 Yue Man Square.
Most residential units should be vacated.
Yue Man Building (裕民大廈) is at 14 - 24 Yue Man Square.
Kwok Tai Building (國泰大廈) at 26 - 32 Yue Man Square.
The retail stalls are still doing business, they mainly sells low-end merchandise and daily consumables.

In about ten years, Yue Man Square will become a first class commercial area in Kwun Tong. which should be comparable to Tsimshatsui and Central, I guess.
