It is an old style congee shop in Sai Wan. This is not a record to introduce and mention how good the congee and food are. It is to record Hoi Leung Congee Shop, in terms of its layout, interior, setting, signage and its menu. In my mind, such shop will be extinct as time goes by. Hoi Leung may disappear suddenly.
It serves different kinds of congee, ricesheet roll and steamed dumpling.
It is different from other chained congee shops in appearance, design and setting.
Two servers are responsible for all works in the shop.
Pricing is very reasonable.
There is a big mirror with lots of goldfish on the surface.
The hygiene condition is exceptionally good.
The portion is not small. But in view of the price, they are very reasonable.
