Wong Chuk Hang was built in 1983. Basically Tai Wong Ye Temple is a Chinese style construction, with yellowish brown colored roof. The height is much higher than other Chinese temples in Hong Kong. Maybe, because of its short history. It does give me a feeling that the temple is much younger. Inside the temple, there are some modern ingredients, enabling the temple to be different from other temples of traditional style or over 100 history in Hong Kong.
Since the ceiling is high, the temple is
not fuming. Maybe, there are regular maintenance, the temple is not very
dark in colour and it should be cleaned regularly.
Kirins on the wall at the front of temple.
A four-faced buddha outside the temple.
