In order to maximize the total area and adjust to the site location, Kwun Tong Theatre Building is in the form of a semi-oval shape.
It is at the junction of Tung Ming Street and Hang On Street.
Kwun Tong Theatre Building is in fact composed of two residential
blocks, block A and block B. It was completed in May 1971, this means it
has a history of 43 years in 2014. Totally there are 174 units, 39
units in Block A and 135 units in Block B. There are 11 and 17 floors in
Block A and B respectively. Unit salable area is from 281 sq. ft to 378
sq. ft. The price is on average HK$8,000 per sq. ft. in 2014.
