Basically both constructions are still in good condition. For safety purpose, it is not allowed to visit the second floor.
Kwan Kung Temple, occupying a room, is on the ground floor.
This should be the main entrance of Kai Choi Primary School.

We visit Kai Choi Primary School again in November 2015.
The two-storey building has just been renovated, with creamy white colour on the wall.
It looks good, it seems to be a new school.
To compare with the one nearby without repainting, there is a big difference.
Even though there is no difference superficially, it is in fact the crevice between 'Hok 學' and 'Choi 才' becomes larger. In this connection, it is needed to make our own record of photos and renovation of old constructions by concerned party is definitely needed.
