Wah Cheong Store is too special and unique in its display, with all its price tags and promotion items to be highlighted in writing.
It is a traditional local store. There should be not much left, since most of them are 'killed' by landlords or property developers.
Mainly fruits of higher quality are sold.
There are still such refrigerators in the market. But to be decorated in such a way, it should be unique. It is too eye-catching and special.
Though Wah Fu Estate will be re-developed in ten years (I guess), in an old public housing estate, quite a lot of old-fashioned stores are still doing business. Wah Cheong Store should be one which is well-known to dwellers in Wah Fu Estate. It is not located in its shopping centre, but on the ground floor of Wah On House, next to a bus stop. Please do not miss but to appreciate the decoration and effort of shop owner who should have spent much time in this masterpiece - Wah Cheong Store.
