The signage should have been renewed recently. Its interior is still the format of many years before, I guess.

Sweet vinegar is for making Ginger & Vinegar when there is new born baby.

This Chinese pickle is called Zha Cai (搾菜), which is a kind of mustard plant.
Raw salt is originally stored in this plastic large bag.
Preserved beancurd
Yuet Wo was established in 1945, it has a history of 69 years in Hong Kong in 2014. It has its own factory of making wine, soy, vinegar and other seasonings. The factory moved to Sheung Shui in 1973, until now. It has good reputation in the mind of citizens and housewives, particularly in Tsuen Wan. On the day of my visit, in late afternoon, there are many customers in the shop and outside the shop. This should be a phenomenon to support its product quality.
