The snake meat is for making snake thick soup which will be sold in the shop, and for resale to other eateries elsewhere in Hong Kong. Winter is the peak season of snake shop. She Wong Lam sells snake meat, snake gall-bladder and snake medicine nowadays. Its customers are quite loyal and would patronize She Wong Lam regularly.
