Leung Sing Tak Sea Activities Centre (梁省德海上活動中心) is located at the entrance of Luen On San Tsuen (聯安新村) at Tai Lam (大欖). It should be run by The Hong Kong Girl Guides Association (香港女童軍總會).
Being a one-storey old construction, it should be built in the 1960s, I guess. The construction is mainly in white colour, with a signage of orange-red Chinese characters on white background. Besides, bright blue colour is commonly used to paint the door and metallic gate. In the past, in front of the centre, it should be sea. After land reclamation, it is now an inland construction. But of course, it is still not too far away from the sea.
The centre is still in good condition. It should have no tendency of collapse. It is idle now and all sea activities should be held in other centres in Hong Kong.
From this angle, there is a smaller construction besides the main building, which is next to the RCP (Refuse Collection Point).
It should be a waste of resources. Since the building is still in good construction, it may be used by other non-profit-making organizations, in order to maximize the total utilities.
