Aplichau Kaifongs Public Hall is a three storey construction. It should have a history of fifty years. But the exact date of construction is not known.
It is located at the junction of Ping Lan Street (平瀾街) http://isletforum.com/home.php?mod=space&uid=58&do=blog&id=1056 and San Shi Street (新市街).
Please note the old English spelling of Aplichau is different from its present spelling - Apleichau.
The building is mainly in cream and light blue colours, it is exactly opposite to the minibus terminal.
On the ground floor, these mnuments recorded the establishment of the public hall.
