In our stay in Yanggakdo International Hotel, the breakfasts are more or less similar basically. This morning we are served with 5 dishes, bread, and plain rice congee. This is a healthy breakfast and is surely sufficient to fill up our stomach. Though this breakfast is not too sumptuous, it is already very good in quality and sufficient in portion, from North Korean point of view. We are always indebted when we have our meals in North Korea . The people in Pyongyang are normally thin and we have not met any fat guys. But we travel to North Korea , we consume their food stuffs in such large quantity and high quality. Sorry.
