I saw a menu for eating fish and chips, and I saw New Zealand blue cod selling for HK$130, which of course includes the rent for sitting in the restaurant.
They wrote on the menu that New Zealand blue cod is Hoki in English, which means that the fish fillet in McDonald's fish fillet burger is the same as Hoki, but McDonald's Hoki is from Iceland (they said). McDonald's fish fillet package meal sells for HK$21, and single purchase is HK$13 (the price may change).
The fish fillet of McDonald's fish fillet burger is not bad definitely. At such a price, it is really worth it.
It is at least N times better than those fillets longer than an adult's face in a meal in a cha chaan tang, but many people think that they can eat a piece of fish fillet that is longer than an adult's face for the price of a tea meal. It is their luck and the honesty of the restaurant boss, but they don't know the price of sole selling in the supermarket. Of course they couldn't tell what fish smelled like, or couldn't distinguish which is which.
Furthermore, the smell of sole is already smelled with the nose without eating.
Looking back at the restaurant menu, with additional French fries, it costs HK$130 (not yet including 10% service charge), excluding drinks, and the gross profit is really too too too impressive.
