Popular dumpling shop in Tsuen Cheong Centre
Today, I went to the popular dumpling shop Dumpling House in Tsuen Cheong Centre to eat dumplings. I knew this was long queue shop, so I went there during afternoon tea time.
There is no need to wait for a seat. Strictly speaking, after waiting for 45 seconds, there is a seat.
I ordered No. 1 traditional dumpling, leek and pork dumpling in soup, six pieces, 40 HKD.
This is the fastest patronage, because I already have got the experience, and I don't make unnecessary waste of time and sacrifices.
Afternoon tea time in Dumpling House is basically 95% full. Everyone now knows when to go next time.
The 6 dumplings are enough for me, in fact, the dumplings don't need to be so big, the bigger does not mean that it is better in taste.
The soup of soup dumplings is made of fish maw and yam stewed with pork bones. It is very natural and delicious. The quality is very high. I personally think it tastes better than dumplings.
