這個生意模式有點奇怪,賣給會員HK$5.3,非會員HK$6.3,相差約19%,如果是非會員,會仍然買嗎?應該不會吧。
但這樣做生意,生意夠嗎?真的搵嚟搞。
Home Market is a non-profit chain supermarket in Hong Kong. It was funded by Lee Shau Kee, the founder of Henderson Land, and founded by his eldest son, Lee Ka Kit, in 2012. It aims to serve the elderly, the disabled, new immigrants to Hong Kong, low-income and Community services for CSSA families, ethnic minorities in Hong Kong, etc., sell food and goods at prices close to the purchase price, and provide employment opportunities for new immigrants, low-skilled people and unemployed people.
This business model is a bit strange, selling to members HK$5.3, non-members HK$6.3, a difference of about 19%. If you are a non-member, will you still buy it? Probably not. But do they have enough sales turnover?
