香港恒生大學，簡稱恒大，前稱恒生管理學院，由恒生商學書院改組而成，是香港的一所私立大學。大學由五個學院組成，現有6,042名全日制學生及296名教師。 2018年10月30日，行政長官會同行政會議通過恒生管理學院正名為大學，成為香港第二所私立大學，校方其後於11月8日舉行正名啟動禮。

Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, formerly known as Hang Seng School of Management, was reorganized from the Hang Seng Business College and is a private university in Hong Kong. The university consists of five colleges and currently has 6,042 full-time students and 296 teachers. On October 30, 2018, the Chief Executive in Council approved the renaming of Hang Seng Management College as a university, making it the second private university in Hong Kong. The school subsequently held a renaming ceremony on November 8.
