How to deal with underachieving students
In the crowd, some are smart and some are stupid, some are tall and some are short, some are fat and some are thin.
In academics, there are good and bad grades. What should I do if I encounter students with poor grades?
First of all, don't frequently say who is smarter and who is much smarter than you. Talking negatively like this will only dampen students' fighting spirit even more.
Don't say these words, of course, it's useless to say it, so don't say it.
In teaching, we only teach them how to do it. Many times, many simple formulas or English cannot be remembered because they are not here at all. Only remind every time, if they really don't remember, then tell them the answer, forget it.
Occasionally say some words of encouragement, don't keep saying it frequently. It is useless to keep saying these words, it is only offensive.
Just because they don't get good grades in school doesn't mean they're idiots, and many times, they have something personal somewhere else that might be better than that teacher.
People have highs and lows, and they should not be considered rubbish because of their poor academic performance and inferior to others.
Even if their grades are not good, should they be looked down on?
Are you better than others in everything?
