Homemade barbecued pork (Cha Siu)
Use light soy sauce + cooking wine + honey and oyster sauce + Lee Kum Kee BBQ pork sauce,
Massage the meat, then marinate for three hours, heat the oven to 220 degrees for ten minutes,
Before putting into the oven, brush the top layer with the sauce again, bake at 220 for 20 minutes,
Flip over, brush with sauce, bake for another 15 minutes, and slice.
Wow, delicious.
